+ Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery is set at £4 as standard.

We deliver mainland UK only.

We cannot ship to the EU presently due to Brexit changes of cosmetic laws etc.

Once you order, we will get to work straight away. Items will be shipped the next working day where possible, but in busier times this may extend to 3 working days due to being a small business. Items will be sent via courier or Royal Mail depending on your total order.

If you are not happy with an order for any reason then get in touch. Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order, if returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as was sent.

Product defects and breakages which are not sold as ‘whoopsies’ will usually be refunded. Be sure to take photos so that we can determine if this was a shipping issue or packing issue. It helps us to learn also!

If you didn’t like a smell, colour or product for any other generalised reason which is not linked to a production error then this is not usually refundable.

As mentioned initially, please get in touch via support@happybathdaysuk.co.uk so that we can discuss and resolve any problems. Please ensure you include your name and order number.

We will do our best to help.

Yes, every single item currently on our website is vegan friendly.

We are EXTREMELY conscious about how much plastic we use. We endeavour to use as little as feasibly possible and will continue to learn better ways to help save our planet.

We use PET Plastic pots for the whipped soaps. These are 100% recyclable. They can also be washed and re-used by yourself in your own home if you wish.

The whipped soaps come with sustainably sourced wooden spoons which are more environmentally friendly than plastic spoons.

Bath bombs are packed in shrink wrap and cellophane bags which currently is unavoidable due to the bath bomb’s potential to pre-activate if left ‘naked’. Also, with coronavirus still in the mind-  this ensures no outside contact has touched the bath bomb itself.

We are always looking for better ways to package these products, and have found that the process undergone for some biodegradable cellophane is more harmful to the environment than standard cellophane itself. Hopefully in time true environmentally friendly wrap alternatives will be more accessible.

We do not use plastic support/divider materials in our delivery boxes. We do however use bubble wrap to support the bath bombs, along with 100% biodegradable packing peanuts.

All our products are handmade. Most are made in-house, some are bought in. Every item is therefore unique in its own way. However, no product should drastically differ to the image on the website, therefore if this is the case for you then please get in touch with any photos you have so that we can investigate this.

Our products are safe for pregnant women to use. However, if you have specific concerns then we recommend seeking advice from your doctor & midwife.

Bath Bombs: Simply place in a tub of warm bath water to watch it fizz and foam away for a couple of minutes or more.

Bath Dust: Pour the dust into the bath tub full of water and watch an instant colour and fizz action take place.

Bath Rocks: Chuck these into the bath as you wish, scatter them across the bath evenly or just whack them all at one end, these are funky rocks!

Bath Bomb Shapes: Carefully lower the bath shape ontop of a tub of water so you can watch the bath shape fizz and foam into the water whilst still clearly seeing the shape. If you plop it in then the shape goes pretty much straight away and you lose the effects.

Bubbly Bars: If using a wand then you can hold the bubble wand under a tap of running water until the bubbly bar slides off. If you don’t want to use it all at once then crumble the bubbly bar up and drop the crumble under the tap of running water. Swish the water around to encourage more bubbles. If you feel like getting super nerdy about having the best bubbles then get out your tea strainer or small sieve, place the bubbly bar in the sieve, and hold that under running water. This way you get maximum bubbles, super duper colour, super luscious smells, and you may even be able to save a bit of bubble bar for another bath!

Whipped Soaps: Use these as you would any shower gel or soap bar. spoon out a bit, or swipe out a bit with your fingers, and either rub directly onto the skin – a little goes a long way, or put it onto a body puff and rub it all over. On average, a small tub should last you around a month, but it of course all depends on how much you wash!!!

Air Freshies: Place them anywhere that needs a kick up the bum of lovely smells. This could be a car mirror, a wardrobe, a drawer, a set of shoes or even that teddy bear that you haven’t washed for over a year! (Beware of potential choke hazards for tiny little beings if you actually do this).

All soaps, bubbly bars and bath bombs have been cosmetically assessed for contact with skin in the bath and/or shower, and approved for use in those aged 3 and over.

All soaps, bubbly bars and bath bombs being sold have been notified on the UK Cosmetics portal.

All Air freshies have their correct CLP labels.

We are also fully insured.

We are sorry that your question isn’t here to be answered. Please contact us at support@happybathdaysuk.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
